Mr. David Ip

General Manager, 360 International Advertising Unit

While promoting Qihoo 360’s digital advertising platform to overseas markets, David has over 18 years of experience in the IT, Telecommunications and Internet industries. Prior to joining Qihoo 360, he was Vice President of Avira North Asia overseeing business operations and development in the region, also headed the Marketing Team for EMC Hong Kong, held regional executive positions for Check Point Software Technology, Stonesoft Corporation and PCCW Limited. David holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University College London in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Wang Peinuan

Assistant President, 360 Group

Wang Peinuan is responsible for the overall KA System at 360. Before joining 360 as an Assistant President, he was the Vice-President of Digital China Holding Ltd. With his over 14 years managerial experience in IT market, the company is keen to focus on innovation under the China Digital Smart City strategy, to strengthen and consolidate its leadership position in the Digital Distribution business. Meanwhile, the company keeps exploring and discovering new business models. Wang holds an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School.

 

Mr. Yang Jiongwei 

Vice President, 360 Group

Yang Zongwei (Willy) is responsible for all commercial products and research and development at 360. Before joining 360 as General Manager of Business Products, he had served as President and CEO of MediaV.com and President of Allyes AdNetwork. He is dedicated to committing precise marketing and believe that Internet marketing is a process to find the right people with the right dialogue and right negotiation of prices. put forward the Internet marketing life cycle theory. Willy holds an MBA degree from Shanghai Fudan University.

Mr. Stanley Lee

President, E-commerce Association of Hong Kong

Stanley has nearly 20 years of experience in retail, online shopping, logistics and business intelligence solutions. He started from a successful retailer to an expert in e-commerce value-added services. Stanley is the founder and managing director of IDS Group which offers a full range of online platforms (IDS), purchasing service (Buyippee), operating sales (Sellippee) and logistics (Continental-Global) to provide one-stop online shopping and logistics service. Partners include eBay, Ali Express, Amazon, Rakuten. Under his leadership, the company has won 2017 Deloitte - Hong Kong Technology Fast 20 , HKCIEA Import and Export Business Award and eBay Best Seller of the Year (Logistics) etc. Stanley is keen to develop public awareness for the industry.

Ms. Lui Tong

Chief Operating Officer China, Business Development Director, Strawberry Cosmetics (China) Limited 

Lui leads the Business Development of Strawberrynet where over 800 brands and 33,000 products are shipped to 196 countries daily. Having found a successful e-commerce business selling luxury lingerie, her online career began during dotcom boom in 1999 where she launched one of the most influential ‘dotcoms’ in greater China, renren.com. She went on setting up PCCW’s integrated media arm, AdSociety and involved in building up NOW.com profile, forming partnerships and JVs with international media technology companies. Lui sits on the board of HK Federation of eCommerce, President of the University of Washington Alumni Association in Hong Kong, and formerly the Int’l Advertising Association and Internet Advertising Bureau.
